We replaced the third-party plugin with a custom Ad Management Engine built directly inside WordPress and exposed it through an optimized backend layout.

Structured CPT Models & Placement Logic

We built clean ad architectures using Custom Post Types and meta fields. Each asset is assigned a strict rendering order, ensuring high-priority campaigns load seamlessly without manual intervention.

Page-Level Suppressions

We added rule-based suppression logic that prevents ads from rendering on restricted pages or templates at the server level, ensuring 100% compliance before anything reaches the live frontend.

Fast Headless Delivery for Astro

To maximize Core Web Vitals, the system exposes pre-resolved ad payloads through a lightweight REST API. Astro fetches only the raw data needed, eliminating heavy WordPress frontend overhead.

Event-Based GA Tracking

We deployed event-driven JavaScript on the Astro site to capture raw impression and click triggers, sending unique campaign identifiers straight to Google Analytics for clean reporting.
